Remember the ZTE SPRO we recently talked about? Well, that is old news now. Only 6 months after the release of their first smart projector, ZTE has worked out many of the bugs and released the ZTE SPRO 2.
This next generation smart projector is running Android with a 720p resolution, as well as auto-focus and automatic keystoning (if you’ve ever tried to adjust the dimensions of a projection on a wall, you’ll be ecstatic about this feature!)
It also comes with a 6000 mAh battery, so you should be able to get a full movie in. It even provides full access to the Google Play Store. The SPRO 2 streams media content via Google Play apps, micro SD card, USB stick or via HDMI cable or WiFi connections for devices.
So… when can you get it and for how much? Sadly, we are not sure about pricing yet, but ZTE promises the SPRO 2 will launch in early 2015. There is a trick, though – it will only launch through carriers. At least at first.
This is all just the tip of the iceberg, though, so check out our hands-on video to see what the ZTE SPRO 2 is really all about!
