Fridays are always fun around here, and today we have a few videos for you to start your weekend with a smile. These clips offer a touch of fun and oddity, making for a great way to take your weekend off.
Sony is not shy about touting its waterproof devices, a feature the manufacturer has become known for. This opens a lot of possibilities for users, but us reviewers and unboxers can also have more fun with our work. Carphone Warehouse just went nuts and decided to do an underwater unboxing of the brand new Sony Xperia Z3!
They go all out and go through many features, taking their sweet time with the 3:05 minute video. The host even goes ahead and tests the camera underwater. The device survives without a problem.
Opinion: What a way to double-task! This is an unboxing, as well as a waterproof test. We took a good look at the Z3 during our hands-on, and are getting ready to bring you a full review. We love this device, so stay tuned for all the details.
Conan O’Brien never takes long to make fun of the biggest tech trends, and today’s victim is the iPhone 6 Plus. Subject to bends and plenty of bad press, this device has been bending all over the place.
Conan O’Brien’s video calls the iPhone flaccid phone and offers a good solution – The Samsung Galaxy S5. The Android device is rigid and stiff when you buy them, and they stay firm in your pocket all day and all night.
Opinion: You definitely need to watch this video for a good laugh. It doesn’t take the topic very seriously, but sometimes that is exactly what we need after a week of raging.
Motorola is all about showing off its awesome new devices, and today we are taking a look at the first Moto 360 commercial. This video puts a high focus on the device’s design and how hard Motorola worked at it.
The circular design and materials make the device look both elegant and classic, which is what most Moto 360 fans love about this Android Wear device. Check out the video below and our Moto 360 hands-on for more details.
Opinion: I am not the biggest fan of the Moto 360. If it was only a bit smaller and thinner, I would have been all over it, though. The design and materials are great, the final result is just too big for my liking.
