T-Mobile is getting ready to shake the industry once again. Meanwhile, Apple wearable may be launching later than expected and the HTC Desire 820’s specs have leaked.
T-Mobile’s Uncarrier movement is a freight train that simply can’t be stopped at this point. Each Uncarrier event brings us a new offer we never thought we would see, and T-Mobile is getting ready to surprise us yet again with Uncarrier 7.0.
We have no idea what they could be planning for this event, but their press invite says “this time it’s personal.” The date is set for September 10th, so stay tuned for more details!
Opinion: I wonder what they mean by this time being “personal”. Are they planning to go for the other carriers’ throats? Are they to offer a “personal” feature?
Recent rumors of Apple announcing a wearable on September 9th have the crowd going bananas. There is not much to celebrate if today’s rumor is to be proven true, though. Sources “in position to know” tell re/code the wearable will “not be shipping soon.”
In fact, it seems Apple’s smartwatch could be launching after the holiday season, probably sometime in early 2015.
Opinion: That launch window seems like a long while to wait after an announcement. This is a rumor, though, so some of these details may not be correct. Keep an open mind and a hopeful heart!
With @evleaks out of the equation, we must look for a new leaks expert. @upleaks is looking like a great option and today they are blessing our day with what could be the upcoming HTC Desire 820’s specs.
These specifications include an MSM8916 Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor (64-bit), 1.5 GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal storage, a 5.5-inch HD display, 13MP/8MP cameras and a 2600 mAh battery.
Opinion: Not a bad mid-end phone if it hits the right price. Not to mention, HTC’s Desire series is becoming known for its good build quality and attractive designs.
