New and exciting devices come from Sony and Acer. But the new guys in the block may not be alone for long – some new images of a said Moto G2 have just leaked.
Without hypes or announcements, the Sony Xperia Z2 has just launched in the USA. As expected, Sony is staying a little unconventional with this launch. They have no partnership with carriers (at least yet) and are launching the high-end smartphone independently.
The Sony Xperia Z2 can be purchased via the manufacturer’s official US website for $699.99. The device would be unlocked and carry no contracts, so it could be a good deal for those looking to get a powerful smartphone with no commitments.
Opinion: There are benefits for paying the Xperia Z2’s premium price. It’s one hell of a smartphone, with a gorgeous display, a great camera and specs that will rival any current high-end smartphone. Check out our review for a better in-depth look at the device.
Acer’s new laptop computers launched last week, but customers had to wait a bit for shipping and availability to be handled. We are glad to let you know both versions of the new Acer C720 Chromebook are now available and shipping from Amazon.com.
As mentioned before, one iteration will carry 2 GB of RAM while the upgraded version will tout 4 GB of RAM. They are priced at $349.99 and $379.99, relatively, so you will find the upgraded version to be quite the deal.

We know the Moto G’s successor has already come, but a new leak suggests there is at least one more Moto G iteration in the works. The image below is said to be the Moto G2, Motorola’s new affordable smartphone for the masses.
Rumor says the device will sport a quad-core ARM V7 processor, a 720p display, an 8 MP camera and dual-SIM compatibility. Pricing and availability are still up in the air, but we can expect it to be as affordable as the original Moto G ($180-$200).
Opinion: Keeping fact and hearsay in their places is always smart, so make sure to take this news with a grain of salt. The device looks a lot like a Moto E, which is not a bad thing at all. Let’s stay tuned and wait for more details!
