Microsoft is going big on cloud storage while Vivo is going small with its amazingly thin smartphone. Meanwhile, AT&T announces it will be offering the LG G Watch R.
We all hate having to worry about limits and caps. This is why Microsoft’s latest announcement will be amazingly exciting to those who take advantage of the Office 365 subscription.
The Redmond giant is now offering unlimited OneDrive cloud storage to Office 365 users. This new benefit is rolling out starting today. You can go ahead and sign up to get in the waitlist at Microsoft’s website.
Opinion: Now, this is a way to really compete against other services, Microsoft. This makes Office 365 pretty much the best deal in cloud storage, which is a bit odd. Their lowest plan is only $6.99 a month, which is simply unmatchable.
Just when you think you have seen thin smartphones, another one comes in, defying every law of physics and nature you thought you knew. Vivo is said to be working on a phone that measures only 3.8mm in thickness!
The latest leaked images put this into perspective. In the photo we can see the upcoming Vivo device right next to a 7.6mm iPhone 5s (which is already considered very thin). The difference is quite astounding.
Opinion: More details should unfold before the end of the year, so get ready to be impressed. I really just can’t imagine even holding such a thin phone. Will this harm specs and battery life? Odds are it will.
Thinking about getting an LG G Watch R when it launches in November? It will likely hit all major retailers, and today one major carrier is announcing they will have it in stores.
AT&T will be carrying the LG G Watch R as soon as it launches. Official pricing and availability are yet to be announced, but the carrier now has a G Watch R page up, which is one step ahead of the others.
Opinion: I happen to really like the LG G Watch R and am considering buying it. I probably won’t get it from AT&T, but if that’s your carrier you may want to give it a look when you are by your local store.
