New devices are coming to US carriers, but not everything is happy and dandy in the world of tech. Facebook is not getting love right now.
Rumors and leaks are not enough to show how good a device can be. The new LG G Vista is proving to be a good device for those who don’t need the best specs in the market. It’s also amazingly affordable at $49.99 with a 2-year contract or $354.99 with no signature.
Specs include a Snapdragon processor, 1.5 GB of RAM, a modes 5.7-inch 720p display and an 8 MP camera. The device goes on sale on August 22nd, so circle your calendar or sign up for email notifications.
Hot on the heels for the Moto X successors? You may be glad to learn the latest rumor on the Moto X+1. The guys at Droid-Life have found out through their sources that the Moto X+1 is set to be released by Verizon on September 25th.
Opinion: This is only days after the end of the summer, which is when the Moto X+1 was said to arrive. This is still a rumor and we may see some changes. Not to mention, you shoudl always take them with a grain of salt.
Reachign the top of the free Apple App Store apps is no doubt an accomplishment, but it won’t be welcomed very when it got there by force. Such is the case with the latest Facebook Messenger app, which users have been forced to download if they want to keep instant messaging their friends.
This is all due to the separation of the Messenger and main Facebook app. Once all was said and done, the Facebook Messenger app has found itself with a 1-star rating in the App Store, only counting for the latest version.
Opinion: Such is the curse of Facebook. You can love it or hate it, but it’s such an important social network that it won’t matter how you feel – you will have to download the apps.
