Hype is building up as more details on the HTC One M9 arise. LG is showing off the G Flex 2’s great features. Meanwhile, Nintendo decides to kill its loyalty program.
We are finally taking a look at the very first HTC One M9 images. These have been leaked from an anonymous source, who has now requested the images to be taken off the original article, at nowhereelse.fr. But as we all know, anything that hits the internet stays there forever.
Surprise surprise! The device looks a lot like the HTC One M8, as well as the M7. HTC is sticking with its design, which is definitely a good idea. The biggest difference will be found in the back, where there is a single camera.
Opinion: This means the rumors of a single, more powerful camera are likely true. A powerful 20 MP shooter sounds much better than the Ultra Pixel camera HTC has decided to stick with for a couple iterations.
The LG G Flex was a fun device to check out at CES 2015. It’s curved body and improved specs mesh the borders between the original G Flex and the LG G3, making for an awesome-looking handset. Maybe you need a little drama to push you into purchasing this device, though.
LG has released a powerful video of the G Flex 2, with orchestra music and all. It’s fun and it does show you some of the LG G Flex’s most awesome features, so it’s also educational.
Opinion: The LG G Flex 2 is one hell of a smartphone. This is LG’s official introduction, but you should also check out our hands-on post, in which we give you our very own opinion on the LG G Flex 2.
Club Nintendo may not have been too popular, but it was a fun way to earn rewards for software and hardware purchases. Users would collect coins and trade them for special gifts, something they will soon no longer be able to do.
Club Nintendo will be killed off. Users will be able to continue earning coins through the end of March, and these can be redeemed through the end of June. Sad news for many of us, but Nintendo is promising an improved rewards program to come in the near future.
Opinion: Have any of you been saving up your coins to get something cool? I guess it’s time to think about where to spend it now!
