We always have a favorite laptop at MWC, and this one could very likely be our #1 at MW (at least so far). We are talking about the HP Spectre X360, a brand new laptop with power to throw around and a design that could easily compete with the best of the best. And yes… that includes the Macbook Air.
There are multiple reasons why we think this laptop is so awesome, but first let’s show you the specs.
HP Spectre X360 specs
- Windows 8.1
- 13-inch IPS 1080p display (QHD version available)
- Intel Core i5 or i7 processor
- 4/8 GB of RAM
- 256/512 GB of internal storage
- 56 Wh battery (about 12 hours of battery life)
- 3 x USB 3.0, SD card reader, HDMI port, Mini DisplayPort
As you can see, this laptop lacks no power and will make for a very well-performing computer. It will be quite amazing, but we haven’t tested that. What we can tell you is what this laptop feels like. And boy does it look and feel good!
This laptop is a beauty. In fact, it’s one of the best-looking and most solid laptops we have ever seen. It features a super thin metallic body that has nothing out of place. It’s immensely hard for a manufacturer to accomplish a build quality like this one, especially considering it has a hinge that allows the screen to flip all the way around (like a Lenovo Yoga laptop).
Prices range from $899 to $1149, and if you want to get the QHD version you will have to pay $1399. What’s best is that the HP Spectre X360 goes on sale today, so you can get this bad boy right away. Anyways, we wanted to give you a quick hands-on with the laptop, so check out the video below and let us know what you think of it!
