Innovative products may be coming from GoPro and Sony. Meanwhile, Verizon has some sweet deals to make the busiest day of the year a bit more pleasant.
GoPro cameras are go-to products for aerial photography and videography. GoPro knows people are attaching their devices to drones, so why not just jump into the business, themselves? The Wall Street Journal reports GoPro is planning to make multi-rotor flying drones to go with their cameras.
The price tag is said to range between $500 and $1000, which is not horribly expensive, really. More details will definitely emerge soon, so let’s stay tuned for more news to come.
Opinion: I have to wonder what kind of impact this will have on the industry. Drones are not something everyone buys – can GoPro change that? After all, they made a huge impact with their portable cameras.
Sony may not be doing great, but they have big plans in mind for the future. One of them may prove to be one of the most interesting products we have heard of. New reports say Sony is planning to release a new device with technology that would allow the whole surface to be made out of e-paper.
This would allow the watch to be customized in its entirety, while keeping battery consumption at its lowest. The focus will be on fashion, as opposed to crazy features like the ones Apple and Android Wear will offer. We can expect a release to come as soon as 2015.
Opinion: I would love to see something like this coming from Sony. The Japanese manufacturer has proven they can do a great job with novel devices. And an e-paper smart watch sounds amazing.

Opinion: I have signed up and am enjoying some of these sweet deals, even though I am not really traveling… or stressed out. You should too!
