The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is all but guaranteed to be one of the hootest smartphones in 2015. We know many of you will be rocking it… and also dropping it. It seems to be a pretty strong and well-built phone, but you will probably still want to protect it. You know, just in case.
The best way to keep your phone from protected from daily wear and tear is to use a case. As it goes with any Samsung flagship, the Galaxy S6 Edge will surely get a plethora of options, so we thought it would be a good idea to help you find the best cases out there. We have put together a neat list of our very favorites, so let’s check them out.
Samsung Clear View case
Those of you who like to stick with official accessories have a very neat treat from Samsung this time around. They made a case that is rather unique. The Samsung Clear View case may not be the best for protection, but it will give you extra functionality you can’t find in other products.
This plastic cover pretty much keeps your phone covered all around, but the front protector allows your phone’s light to come through from the screen. You can get notifications, the time, and even interact with the phone. All without uncovering the screen.
Obliq NaKED Shield
I always recommend thin, transparent cases because they happen to be my favorites. I like carrying phones with no cases and enjoy their true nature, and these always come the closest to the real experience.
The Obliq NaKED Shield is my favorite option for the Samsung Galaxy S6. They have a small colored area on the bottom part of the back, but it’s small enough to make the case seem invisible. It’s also priced at only $8.99!
Speck CandyShell Grip Case
Speck is known for its good quality cases that offer enough protection and also look pretty good doing so. These cases are very popular and have a long-time reputation that precedes them. They ar enot too thick, yet not too thin, offering what could be the best balance.
Urban Armor Gear Ash
I usually recommend an Otterbox case for those who really want solid protection, but Otterbox has yet to announce its cases for the Edge version of the Galaxy S6. In lieu of an Otterbox option, I have added the Urban Armor Gear Ash case. It is a very strong case that meets military dropping standards, yet manages to stay relatively thin (at least compared to other heavy duty cases.
Rearth Ringke Discover case
We know some of you like to get fancy, and Rearth made a nice case just for you. This wallet case is gorgeous, and it’s made of genuine leather. It also has slots for your IDs and credit cards, making it a great case for those who want to dump their wallets or purses.
