Google Calendar Goals
There are lots of apps out there to help you keep achieve your goals and by keeping you accountable. However, if you are already a Google Calendar user you can simply add a feature to this already beloved product to keep you on track. What I really like about this product is that you can link it to Google Fit (or Apple Health) and if you put cycling, walking or running as an activity it will use your phone to track the activity! As long as the acitvity can be tracked with Google Fit it will automatically mark the acticity as done in Google Calendar and your favorite Fitness app (except for Fitbit! they’re still not offering Google Fit integration).
Using a specific app for Fitness is a great idea, we’ll get into a few of our favorites as we update this post. For now we wanted to show you how to get the most out of an app you’re probably already using.
