Check out this video review of the Sony Z1 Compact Smartphone, one of the most impressive 4.3 inch Smartphone devices on the market at the moment. Most of the video was shot in the Taipei area using the flagship Sony Xperia Z1, which features the same 20.7MP rear facing camera and sensors as the Z1 Compact.

The 4.3 inch Sony Xperia Z1 Compact, as the name suggests, is a smaller companion of the 5 inch flagship Smartphone from Sony, the popular Xperia Z1 launched in Q4 of last year. However you’d be wrong in thinking that the Z1 Compact is inferior to its larger counterpart, packing near identical hardware in all the crucial areas including processor platform, memory, storage and front and rear cameras.
A Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor is joined by 2GB of DDR3L memory and 16 GB of internal storage. You are also getting the exact same pair of 20.7MP rear and 2MP rear cameras, and as Nicole’s video attests it offers some great 1080p video recording. Like previous Xperia Z models, the Z1 Compact is IP58 certified, making it dust and water resistant, with rubber seal latches that protect the USB, audio and microSD card ports.
