The first of the Haswell Ultrabooks have arrived! We thought that we’d start to see them late in the back to school buying period, meaning sometime in August, but Sony has their line up ready to go on Amazon.  The VAIO Pro 11 & 13 are the most exciting in my book, I’ve personally been considering the Pro 13 as my next upgrade.  Sony also has the VAIO DUO if you’re after a convertible.

The 2013 macbook air’s have Haswell and have been out for weeks.

I’ve been thinking about a Haswell laptop. Waiting on the MacBook Pro refresh. Considered an MacBook/Ultrabook, but I don’t see the problem lugging around a regular 15″ laptop with no optical drive and SSD storage like a Retina MBP.

That 13 in Silver Dual is sharp !! I think these guys really have outgunned the 2013 MacBook air. Good for Sony. I think I’ll go with the 13 Dual and after seeing the Nokia 1020 show, I ordered it !! Wow. Nice for looking at those great photos the 1020 can take. That you for showing us these.
