We’ve seen paper thin displays and transparent displays and even flexible displays. Now Sharp has shown off its very own IGZO OLED flexible display at CES. The displays on view were only 3.4 inch screens, but still mighty impressive.

Just think about it, a display that doesn’t break– not ever– because it’s flexible and so thin it can flutter in the wind like a leaf. That’s not just cool, it’s beautiful. It’s also exciting to think that a display like Sharp’s can have a higher resolution than even the iPad Retina display. Sharp is at the head of the pack in terms of flexible displays.
