Nokia’s latest phone has been leaked. Meanwhile, Facebook is looking to bring content to the Oculus Rift and there’s a new RPG game for Android users.
Two new Nokia phones are said to be in the works. One of them would be considered a “selfie” phone, with a 5 MP front-facing camera and a 4.7-inch screen. Could that be the phone we are looking at today?
Leaked images show a new device that is presumed to be this selfie-centric Lumia 730. Details are scarce, but we know the device should be codenamed “Superman”. We can also assume it will come in a colorful variety of designs, as this one is bright green.
Opinion: Most of the images I see in social networks are now selfies, which makes improvint the front-facing camera a very smart idea. Not to mention, Nokia’s phones are usually very well-built and aesthetically pleasing. This one should be a winner!
New reports claim Facebook is in talks with multiple movie studios. Their acquisition of Oculus comes as a long-term investment, and they don’t plan to keep the content solely revolving around gaming.
Among the movie studios are Disney, Fox, Warner Bros., Paramount, NBCUniversal and Sony Pictures, some of the largest film providers in the world. These conversations would still be in the early stages, so the future is still uncertain.
Opinion: Some companies make acquisitions and get the stuck. It’s good to see Facebook fighting to push this technology forward. Just in case spending $2 billion in cash wasn’t enough proof.
While they often come with hefty prices, Square Enix classics are priceless to their fans. Square Enix has crowned itself as the King of RPGs, releasing hit after hit. One of their popular games include Dragon Quest IV, a game that has just been ported to Android and released through the Google Play Store.
Opinion: The title will cost $14.99, but the game will give you hours upon hours of entertainment. I know our mobile game price standards are set much lower, but I personally do find these games worth the price.
