We have all heard that the eyes are the windows to the soul, right? Well, this is partly true, but not in the spiritual way. Your eyes do say a lot about what you are feeling and your body state.
The new JINS MEME smart glasses take advantage of that to bring you one of our favorite wearables at CES 2015. Let’s talk bout design before we jump into tech geekdom, though. These glasses are gorgeous!
They are not obtrusive or bulky like regular smart glasses. In fact, they manage to look just like any other pair of glasses. The frames also support prescription glasses, so those who wear glasses could just use these at all times. We are definitely fans!
What do they do, though? Well, it’s not really your typical smart glass experience, which is why this is more of a wearable. These glasses track your eye and body movement to keep a record of your body. It will know if you are tired, how your blinking is doing and other similar data.
In addition, it can be used in tandem with applications and games. During our demo, Nicole got to play this very fun runner game – you have to check it out in video!
We have no details on pricing, but we know they will be competitively priced. They have stores in Japan, China and a new store is coming to San Francisco. It’s launching sometime this year. Are you buying one of these?
