The HTC J Butterfly has been released in Japan but we’re sure that variations of this handset will come to market in other countries in the near future. The 5-inch smartphone has a Full HD display and the same processor as the ASUS Padfone 2 the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 quad-core processor. This is a pretty awesome feature and its a necessary step for HTC who needs to keep one foot in the high end smartphone game.

Looks like HTC will never get it. A 1080p 5″ screen and 2050mAh battery, compare this with Note II ‘s 3100mAh battery on a 720p 5.5″ screen to understand where HTC is going wrong.
It’s a genuine concern from a customer point a view and a strategic hardware design mistake from a business point of view.
