Google isn’t letting Hurricane Sandy rain on its parade! Even though the event had to be cancelled, Google has officially confirmed the Nexus 4, Nexus 10 and Nexus 7 with 32 GB memory and 3G.
Google posted the information that would have been presented at the big event on their blog. Here’s the long and short of what you can expect from these new devices:
Google Nexus 4
The Nexus 4 isn’t much of a secret anymore. There have been so many leaks of pictures and specifications that Google only had to confirm what we already knew. The smartphone will feature a 4.7 inch 1280 x 768 IPS Display (320 ppi), a 1.5GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon S4 Pro and 2 GB RAM. On the back of the device will be an 8 megapixel cam and a 1.3 megapixel camera on the front. It will also, of course, have Android 4.2 Jelly Bean onboard!
The 8 GB version of the Nexus 4 will cost $299 and the 16 GB, $349. Both will be available on the Google Play store without contract in the U.S., Britain, Australia, France, Spain, Canada and Germany starting November 13th.
Google Nexus 7
The same tablet, but with double the memory. The Google Nexus 7 will be available starting November 13th with 32 GB memory and in a 3G model. The 16 GB version will cost $199 and the 32 GB, $249. The 32 GB model with 3G, will carry the price tag of $299 – take that Apple!
Google Nexus 10
This latest device we’ve heard the least about with only a few leaks popping up in the last few days. Now we have all the details. The Google Nexus 10 will have a 10.1 inch display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 (300 ppi) and, of course, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
Here are the prices for the Nexus 10: $399 for the 16 GB and $499 for the 32 GB-Version. It will be available November 13th in all the countries named above plus Japan.
We’ll continue to update you as we learn more!

$299 32GB 3G HSPA+ Unlocked is absolutely a fair price deal. Also looks like it’s not locked for voice and text.
Essentially it’s a 7″ QuadCore Phone then. Can’t wait for the review. Suddenly 13th November looks too far
I don’t care what people say. I’m going to try using it as my prime device. No laptop, no phones no battery worries and always updated software. My quadcore phablet.
300 euro is the fair price for a well-equipped tablet considering it’s a device optimized for specific operations (you can do also the rest of operations, but it’s not really a laptop or a pc).
it took some time to reach this price considering the the outrageous prices asked by both Apple and Samsung in the beginning.
unfortunately, i will remain on my 16GB Nexus 7 acquired at the beginning of this autumn. my unit had some faults, but they were repaired by replacing the board.
i would say that 32GB 3G Nexus 7 is a strong buy!
