Mozilla has been keeping their Firefox OS under wraps so this leaked video and screen shots gives us a pretty good idea of what to expect. What we are seeing here is a significant departure from what they were showing back at MWC with their Boot to Gecko project and the top level store front they were showing. It’s clear the guys have been coding their fingers off on this one.

What you’ll immediately notice in the screenshots is that they’re focusing on individual categories rather than an abundance of highlighted apps. It is a deeper more individualistic approach to a storefront and it a clear sign that the project is moving on at a very brisk pace.

What we’ve got for you in the video is a demo on a ZTE smartphone. A closer look is taken at the home screen, the apps for phone, camera, the Market Place, and the browser game “Galactians”.
