Blackberry is going to be showing off their new Blackberry 10 handset, which is rumored to be the L-Series Z10, at their event on January 30th. Word is out on the new devices, of which there are apparently four different versions which will be dubed the L-Series.
Each handset currently has a different code name, let’s start with London which will be the only one with out 4G LTE support and will rather have 21 Mbps HSPA. The other handsets the Laguna, Lisbon, and Liverpool will come with 4G and of course will be available globally.
Specification wise they’ll all be the same under the hood, expect a 4.2″ display with a resolution of 1280 × 768 it will also have 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage space, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, and a 1,800 mAh battery. On the rear we’ve got a 8MP autofocus camera with LED flash and 1080p Full HD video recording, a front facing 2MP front-facing camera with 720p HD video recording.
No word on the SOC but so far it all looks pretty official, TechRadar got the news from some internal documents. What do you think? Would you make the move back for this?
