Once we got our hands on the iPhone 5, we simply could not wait to do a direct comparison video of Apple latest smartphone versus the best selling Samsung Galaxy S3. For all intents and purposes, these are the two smartphones that will be competing neck and neck for the rest of this year.

In terms of specs, this is a neck and neck race. The most obvious difference lies in the operating system with iOS 6 vs. android Ice Cream Sandwich (soon to be Jelly Bean). The iPhone 5 proves to be thinner and lighter than the Samsung Galaxy S3. but then again, the screen is 0.8 inches smaller. One of the advantages of the Samsung Galaxy S3. is its micro SD card slot which allows you to surpass the 16, 32 or 64 GB you get with the smartphone.  Apple has the same sizes of memory available for purchase, but without the possibility of expansion.
